Disagree that Fury has accumulated a significant amount of damage from bouts. Fury was barely hit by Wilder. The damage that Fury does have has been caused by his life out of the ring.

This won't resemble Fury's win against Chisora from 2014 because his legs are gone and he has developed other aspects since then. He will not look to outbox a sitting duck like Whyte over 12 rounds when he will be there for the taking.

10th round KO could be right. I have no idea when but think it will be the KO.

He was hit but never really cleanly on the jaw by Wilder.

If Wilder had done so, Fury would have been counted out.

Attributes of elite SHW slaying fringe contenders

McCall: chin, easy to underestimate (journeyman record) range, mass, heart, experience

Rahman: power, range, mass, heart, experience

Puritty: chin, easy to underestimate (ultra journeyman record, bad KO loss) range, mass, heart, experience

Sanders: power, fast hands, easy to underestimate (chubby, golfer, bad KO loss) range, southpaw, heart, experience

Brewster: power, chin, pressure, heart, experience

Ruiz: fast hands, chin, easy to underestimate (morbidly obese, very stubby, cement feet, lack of KO power, disarming demeanour) huge mass, heart, experience

Whyte has decent power (especially in his left hook) fairly long arms, he's heavy, brave in the ring and highly experienced. Out of all of the fighters listed, he's most similar to Rahman. The only chance Whyte has is if Fury doesn't turn up: an on form Fury will pulverise him without any difficulty whatsoever. Fury KO, slightly leaning towards 7-12 is the best bet.

I have wondered many times; what if she had been right-handed instead of left-handed in the final blow.

Good vid Rums, and basically how I see this one go too. With one addition that makes every Fury fight exciting. He's inconsistent against various styles and in preperation. Never a guy who can string a slew of allcomers together like Holmes, Louis, Wlad and his namegiver Tyson.
I expect him to win easily, but you never know.

Good assessment Rummy…. I agree, Fury is way to versatile and Whyte doesn’t have the skills. Whyte will have his little moments here and there but that’ll be it.

Whyte is going to outjab Fury. Fury's going to look like Bowe in both Golota fights here.

He is successful and showed versatile skills vs who? The old and not very good. Whyte isn't fantastic but he's solid and a puncher I agree with the body attack and think Fury is very hittable to the head.

This fight highly depends on if Whyte is on his roids cycle or not, if he's not on his cycle he will be gassed by round 8
Fury should use what we all know Whyte is going to try, hit Whyte to the body
If Fury targets Whytes body in any shape or form it will be smooth sailing

Fury is the one who broke the Rummy's Curse so he's the one who can put it back. Whyte KO5.
