What do you call the Sefer Seferi fight? And that was just the first of six successful world title defenses to date. Sheesh!

It isn’t a shocker considering both Wilder and Fury have been inactive for over a year.

This is a good point. They can wear masks at all times. Get private transport to the gym which they most likely don’t share with anyone else.

getting covid prior to a big fight is silly and it reflects their apathy toward following any kind of covid safe protocol… why aren’t they doing more to protect themselves?

I don't know...that suit looks pretty heavy...I hope his legs hold up.

That would be fun to see, doubt we'll see Wilder try this, the weight of the suit will no doubt lead to him needing time off due to exhaustion, lol.

I don't know about Lopez's situation but Fury himself getting Covid during a pandemic isn't all that shocking, I mean it is stupidly contagious and countless millions have caught Covid too.

But what is rather damning is the fact it wasn't just him, it's a whole bunch of his people who have contracted Covid, 10 people if the initial report is true. You can understand one person maybe 2 getting Covid but 10 at once suggests his training bubble hasn't been following correct protocols.

I have my doubts about this simply because less than 3 weeks until the fight thereafter was no hype at all.

Both fighters have guarantees that needing to to be met and if the fight wasn't going to generate the revenue to pay those guarantees they pull the fight.

This is Vito in his leather outfit oiled up with a sprinkling of glitter dancing at the front of a float.

WBC belt is fully being held hostage by these two.

Its Wilders fault. He went missing for 12 months and never said a word about enforcing any rubber match. He allowed massive hype build up for Fury vs Joshua and when it was close to becoming a reality he called his lawyers to force the trilogy. All excitement just fizzled out and disappeared for Wilder Fury III at that stage.

He left it go too late. That fight should have happened 6 months ago. Now nobody cares so it has to cancelled.

Yeah the conspiracy theorists - the ones who tried to warn you about NSA spying , on you.
If you want to get the jab then by all means make yourself a human lab rat for an FDA UN-approved vaccine.. Cool with me.
But don't try to make it mandatory for everyone else.
The pro vaccine loons can take a hike as far as im concerned.

On this topic we agree, they messed Fury about. Yes there was a pandemic but if Joshua/Pulev can happen late in 2020 no reason they couldn't of given Fury a date in late 2020, instead they strung him along keeping him inactive and Fury of course got fed up and looked to Joshua. He probably always knew legally he couldn't avoid a 3rd fight if they enforced it but he probably didn't believe they wanted it because they seemed so reluctant to do anything other than wait things out for most of the year.

And right now nobody is talking about Fury/Wilder 3, it's all Euro 2020 or Wimbledon and then we have the Olympics. Having a big fight in July 2021 is all honesty is terrible timing, all the attention will be on more mainstream sports. There's nothing I've seen in the mainstream news about Fury/Wilder 3, most non boxing fans wouldn't even know the fight is happening let alone it's been postponed. 6 months ago there would of been more interest as there would of been no Euro 2020 or Olympics or Wimbledon to take away from any promotion.

I work on a train, I come in contact with hundreds of people per day. Haven't gotten it, been tested a few times. Fury got it, so it sounds like he wasn't being careful.
