Fury Vs. Wlad 2; summer 2016. Who wins?

Fury would win again. He might even switch his style up and KO Wlad this time. I'm not really sure Wlads excuse for his poor performance or why he would decide to throw hard punches in the rematch?

Nothing… Like in nothing at all tells me Wlad could have turned the tables. Fury dominated him in the art of pugilism and it would have been even clearer in a rematch. Fury by KO

 

I'd have declared their 1st fight a draw for sickening the people who paid to see it. I'd rather watch water evaporate than see a rematch.

 

So in the first fight Fury was never behind,never in trouble,and gave Wlad a boxing lesson,and to top it off Wlad was so frustrated that he grabbed hold of Fury with both hands and stuck the head on him in the 11th round. Fury’s gameplan took away Wlads jab/grab/hug style which had served him so well for many years as well as Fury’s feints not allowing Wlad to get his shots off,Fury also imposed his size which nullified Wlads size which he had also again used to great effect during his career. Fury’s gameplan was not fan friendly at all but even haters can not deny that it was effective and worked so well in his favour . Fury would have won the rematch by a more convincing points decision than the first time . The rematch never happened so once again it’s our own opinions and thoughts .

 

Wladimir would have most likely came into that rematch with the same mindset as he did the Joshua fight. If Wlad fought like that or even better like the Pulev fight… Fury is hitting the deck. Possibly for a ten count.

If you watch the 12th round of their first fight you can tell Wlad was starting to get to Fury even without landing his Sunday punch. Tyson didn’t like what he felt in that 12th. And knew Wlad was most likely going to pick up where he left off. No doubt Wlad was going to let his hands go next time.

Wladimir would be a VERY hard guy to beat twice. He was a very smart fighter. Not saying Fury didn’t have a chance! Fury isn’t a dumb boxer by any means! But the odds were in Steel Hammers favor.

Considering Fury was a coked up alcoholic at this point I think it's pretty clear he loses

 

Travesty it never happened. Would have been much more entertaining than the first fight (which I enjoyed at the time because I was nervous as hell). You can argue about why Wlad didn't throw more but he'll have known for sure that he would just lose again without more output.

 

At that time Wlad would probably win, which is why Fury's team pulled him from the fight. But it's not a guarantee.
The story is that Fury was not training properly, fighting with Uncle Meth, fat and probably drinking and so on. He didn't want to box or fight and so he was clearly not physically or mentally fit to fight at the top level.

But if Fury had actually fought, you never know. Because once in the ring he would still fight on instinct and still had skills and experience. He would probably try to brawl Wlad as he was too fat to box normally and basically admitted that. He might still catch Wlad and win by some kind of stoppage. It's not impossible. Fury is capable of dogfighting.

 

Fury would have beaten him again. Wlad was always going to have a tough time overcoming the challenges presented by Fury. He's too big for jab and grab to work on for one thing.

 

Fury just shut Wlad down. Neutralized him and there's no reason why he wouldn't have done it a second time, had there been one.

 

Rofl Wlad was not Wilder.

 

Well Fury ran like a little ***** from the rematch. So we'll never know.

 

Do you mean "would have won"? You use present tense, but this fight I think cannot happen now and not with 2016 versions to which you allude. That is impossible.
