Lewis looks like a mix between Joshua and Charles Martin to me. Top 5 ATG heavyweight but not The best like some People try to place him.

He was a small plodder bully like many before and after. This generation is the big bully division. Harder to fight against skilled fighters your own size.

 

Fury had trouble with the pressure of Otto Wallin stop it. Fury had a hard fight against 210lb Cunningham and got dropped by him too, the same Cunningham who was a weak puncher at cruiserweight let alone heavyweight. You sayin Riddick Bowe and Andrew Golota aren't skilled ? Lol. Vitali Klitschko isn't skilled either ? Lol if you actually favor Joshua to beat Lewis please just reconsider life. Didn't Joshua get destroyed by 6 foot andy Ruiz ?

Wallin caught up with him and had him on the ropes multiple times.

 

Wow! A win against an elderly Wlad and a limited Wilder really counts for a lot these days.

Fury is good but the way he’s being overrated at the moment is borderline embarrassing.

Lewis didn`t fight like Wallin and would have to eat a lot of shots like Wallin did.

 

But hes better on the front foot. Thats the problem. Wallin pressured Fury quite easily and only had a difficult time when Fury came forward. Wallin isnt really a good agressive fighter or he would have destroyed breazeale. Lewis is better on the front foot and probably hits 4 times harder.

 

Are we really comparing Wallin and Lennox Lewis? This forum is crazy town sometimes.

I agree with you Lewis would walk Fury down and take him out, just look at Lewis' resume, he fought and beat everyone who's anyone in a much much stronger era (except Bowe). This talk of Fury hanging with Lewis is gonna look ridiculous in a few years.

 

Its ridiculous. Fury is an amazing boxer but god he's so overrated. @NEETzschean for example thinks Fury beats every single all time great for some reason

 

Only thing I can think of is the fact he destroyed Wilder, with Wilder being incredibly overrated himself, and seen as some sort of mythical beast in a lot of casual fans eyes, with his bum bashing carousel before being beaten up by Fury. Gotta be boxing newbs spouting the trash about Fury walking through every ATG ever.

The WK win was a great win no doubt, but that's literally it for his accomplishments at the moment.
