Have to laugh at all the weirdos saying this 'wouldn't sell' and 'FuRy IsN't a DrAw' like @lordlosh

Considering Whyte didn't even appear at the press confernece, they have sold out Wembley in under a few hours - it highlights how big Fury is over here now.

Don't see why it would fall through at this point, they've sold the stadium out.

Only issue is Whyte having a total dummy spit.

Whyte knows he'll lose and knows he''l have to retire,or have his brains scrambled against prospects for the rest of his career; Chisora-esque. So he's trying to milk as much out of it as he can.

It kinds doesnt bother me tbh. It's an all British showdown, so it's not like a Wallin, or Cunningham. Whyte's putting bum's on seats, and he's at least a reasonable threat. Has beaten some good opposition and avenged his loss to Povetkin. So he's earned his place.

He's earned his place for sure, but I just think it's weak as **** that he isn't doing press and the weirdos defending him don't know boxing.

Yeah that's taking the ****. Also with the Jet and all that. CTE athletes be CTE-ing. If he wants more moiney cause he's putting bums on seats, then he's got to do the press circuit...and put bums on seats.

Slight note of caution with this 'sold out in hours' narrative. A large number of these tickets will have been bought up by resell services (legalised touts) like StubHub...

Whyte sure does know how to make people sour on him. Guy getting a career high purse by far making millions and can’t promote the fight. Real weak

    Essentially, no it's not.

But Queensbury will be happy because this way they are guaranteed the income they expected from ticket sales. StubHub work on the basis, the closer to the fight we get, the more people will be prepared to pay an inflated price. It's like playing the stock market in many ways...

This happens for every single fight at Wembley though, there were 190k people in the queue for tickets.

It's bollocks but most of those tickets will get sold anyway.

Makes sense, at a rough guess that website is already advertising well over 10k tickets on sale. Ticket master still has tickets too it seems.

I'm sure it will sell out eventually though as you say. It should be a great fight

I think come fight night Wembley will be sold out or close to sold out. StubHub are rats. I really can't see much difference between what they do and what some bloke outside a football ground does...

Every ticket being sold, means it's a sell out.....

Companies like Stub Hub are not thick, it's bollocks what they do - but they buy these tickets as they know people will take them.
