Whyte doesn't want the fight for 20%. It will be millions of pounds, MILLIONS. For a guy who was KO'd in 5 rounds by a 41 year old two fights ago. It's funny this will be blamed on Fury by some here, even if it becomes clearer and clearer that Whyte is pricing himself out.
Whyte could have fought Joshua for 6 million quid. I'd fight Joshua for 60 pence and half a Twix to get the exposure. I'd probably win too.
Two fights alone fell apart at some stage due to AJ wanting a lions share of money So not strictly true Wilder and Whyte Not blaming him as such but your comment is not true
The man is a clown, he doesn't want any of it, he would rather take it easy on his PPV model fighting anybody that needs a pay day.
Yes! I remember that clearly. We really had him on the ropes, in the midst of an utter meltdown. Good fun.
Although I am a Whyte fan, and did support the notion that his record was strong for a contender in today's era, I did say before the first bout that if he beat Povetkin, he should be given credit but not too much credit, because Povetkin is old, past his prime and wasn't that great anyway. He then went and got himself starched - although I do think it was due to complacency. It was so easy up until his lights were put out, but that is his fault. He can never get rid of that skidmark. He does seem like he is looking for one big pay day - doesn't seem to have much long term belief. He doesn't seem like he thinks he can beat Joshua or Fury and he probably knows the Wilder fight will never get made so he feels comfortable mouthing off about him from a distance. I know you are a busy man @Mitch87 but I am still waiting on your breakdown of Fury vs Whyte. Would love to read an in-depth breakdown, if possible. I simply cannot see Whyte being able to take a punch from Fury and he will probably be startled by his jab alone.
You just need to read between the lines on the CVs - somehow Mitch will have Pudding Whyte winning the fight due to Fury's poor opposition in his career.
Whyte has a much stronger “resume” than Fury apparently. Has anybody asked Mitch if he’s a recruitment consultant?
Mitch would go through the “resumes” on here with a fine comb, giving priority to those attaching their proof of purchase on Craproom PPVs as appendices. bbjc and Brixton to the front of the queue. Straight on the blower to the “client” who’s from Brentwood and has a hairpiece.
