I'm done with this thread. We are over 50 pages in now, like I said. If people can't even grasp the basic facts of the story (as presented by ALL official sides ), and are so consumed by childish petty hatreds they need to exhibit them constantly, what's the point anyway.
Thats it, i don't get whats so hard to grasp. They offered 25, WBC say 20 on purse bid, Whyte is legally pursuing 45%. Why this has needes 50 pages i have no idea.
Arum has stated he offered more than that, 25% as a starting offer. Plus a guarantee, 5.5 million as a starting offer. This suggests Whyte could negotiate more. Nobody has disputed Arum on this. The WBC are corrupt and have come up with 20%. This may or may not be Arum's doing. They are all corrupt. We don't have to dwell on that because it will never change. The point is, 20% is the current figure IF it goes purse bids. Neither party will want it to go to purse bids necessarily.
It is MILLIONS of dollars/pounds whatever way you look at it. For a man who was knocked spark out by an oldie just two fights ago. And a chance to win the world heavyweight championship.
History says that Fury will fight a nobody next. He ALWAYS does this. Take the blinkers off you overgrown fanboy.
A rather childish and poor reply. Address the points that he's making rather than dishing out personal insults.
You could just as easily say, "History says Whyte will price himself out of a shot at world title. He ALWAYS does this" But hey, yeah whatever.
And still, AJ couldn't get Dillian Whyte in the ring with him in a world title fight, voluntary defence. Despite offering SEVERAL MILLIONS and conceding a 50-50 split on a rematch clause. Whyte turned his chance at AJ down too.
There was no 50/50 rematch split. Whyte even said that it was a 70/30 split in AJ's favour, even though AJ would be the challenger!!
So Whyte is the on holding things up...but it's arum and Fury looking for another opponent instead of negotiating? Try again
