Fury: "Wilder lost every round against a 50-year-old! I'll take him to school one more time "

Fury sinks the blow on Wilder after the victory against Ortiz.

Tyson "Gipsy King" Fury (29-0-1, 20 KOs) said he was not at all impressed and satisfied by the test shown last Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden in Las Vegas, by his next opponent, Deontay "Bronze Bromber" Wilder (42-0-1, 41 KOs).

The WBC heavyweight champion won the rematch against Cuban Luis "King Kong" ortiz (31-2, 26 KOs), and then the tenth defense of the title, scoring a deadly KO at the seventh round after accumulating however a substantial disadvantage in previous rounds.

"He certainly wasn't impressed in the ring, it was terrible - the Brit said - he lost every single round against a 50-year-old man, after which he managed to knock him out when it slowed down."

Despite giving 50-year-old to Ortiz Fury, however, he never faced it or ever thought of doing it. But he is convinced he can beat the American, who he calls a "tramp". According to Fury in fact, in February, in their revenge after the controversial draw of 1 December last year, he will give him a much more severe lesson than the first meeting, which among other things he thinks he has won:

"Wilder has nothing against me but the chance of the hit of Sunday, I will take him to school again, even more than in the first meeting. It's not a tough guy. I beat him after having been out of the ring for three years, he's just a bum! I'm at the barber's now, and he's giving me some special kryptonite for Deontay Wilder. They call it Green Lantern Kryptonite, "he wrote provocatively on his social media channels.

To be very convinced of the success of the result in favor of Fury in the next match against Wilder, he is also the CEO of Top Rank, Bob Arum:

"Fury in the first meeting was only 65% of what it could be in the next. Wilder was already 90%. There will be only one winner in the rematch and this will be Fury. Wilder has the only chance with his fist. He's a devastating thug, but Fury won't get caught up like he did in the last fight.

    Agree or not with Fury?

    Agree.

Since their first fight Fury had a struggle with the Swede but Wilder looked awful bar the 1 punch finish.

    Fury wins again.

This fight all depends on if Fury wants it enough, Wilders right hand will only land if Fury is not 100% committed to boxing.
I'm undecided of the winner at the minute, people including me pick holes in Fury's recent opponents, with good reason. Schwarz was a tomato can.
But fighting with one eye against Wallin means I'm not discrediting that win as much as most. It could of been stopped but Fury just kept going and won convincingly.

The recent Ortiz fight shows Wilder has not changed one bit, which will encourage Fury.

If Fury really means taking Wilder to school, he easily could... But Fury also talks a lot of crap.

50/50 fight for me right now.

Spencer Oliver just said Wilder's performance was technically the worst he ever seen from a professional or amateur :risas3::risas3::risas3::risas3:

Fury with Roach would be far better for this match up. Ben will stay to complacent and roll the dice until Fury losses and play it safe and get points wins almost always .

I believe Fury would have knocked wilder out within 5 rounds with Roaches instructions last time . Like I said bf that fight if Fury goes in and just lays into him off the bat what can Wilder do really ? Only way Wilder wins that one if Fury again fights not to lose ,he needs to fight to win and do not let Wilder in the fight by showboating and out pointing him ,he can still win rounds by battering Wilder which is the BEST way .

no one can really say you cant direct a 6'9 250 plus guy to throw punches with conviction ,he did it in round 12 why cant he do it in round one ?

With Bens plan he gets a UD
With Roach plan a possible knockout.

I think Fury will win he will not gas like Ortiz and he will not try and slug like Breazele. Fury will be fitter then he was for the first fight. Fury's biggest disadvantage is he has a lot more to lose this time around most were expecting a pretty easy KO win for Wilder in the first fight. Fury knows all he has to do is avoid the right hand but Wilder knows all he has to do is land the right hand. It is a very interesting fight no result would surprise me but I am favouring Fury.

It amazes me how so many (mostly DW haters) go on and on about the boxing lesson Fury gave DW and no one wants to talk about the flip side being how Fury nearly got kOd. Twice!!! If the ref waves it off in the 12th like some refs would have when Fury looked dead on the canvas the narrative changes, well at least for the non haters who will never give DW credit.

If Fury comes in 10% better shape, does not drink the night before the fight, and does not clown, he literally has no chance of losing.

I like Fury's conversation. Big mouth, but funny & confident.
This is how I view his schooling: 71 punches landed vs 84 landed.

If stats were off by a 1/2 dozen that still puts the schooler under 90 landed against the get-schooled who landed about 10-15 less than the one who gave him a lesson.

Out of 70 WIlder put his lights out.
Out of 34 landed Wilder put Ortiz's lights out.
Fury must've forgot what he said about Wilder: "He only needs one second of a fight!"
    I concur!

    Fury vs Wilder 1

After being outboxed (as usual) but not really hurt in any way, wilder knocks Fury out cold in the 12th round

Fury miraculously wakes up and manages to answer a VERY generous count from the ref and see out the round against a Wilder who was gassed out from celebrating.

Fury admits only an "act of god" woke him up

Wilder IMMEDIATLEY signs for a rematch, he cant wait to get back in there with Fury

Fury lies, says he has signed the rematch then runs off to fight two anonymous euro bums instead

One of said eurobums smashes fury up, cuts him to ribbons, rocks him and gives him life and death.

Yet Fury apparently "beats wilder easy"

Once again a dangerously ignorant disregarding of the facts by Fury fanbois
