I believe it was suposed to come out in February?
It is blocking Joshua vs Fury snd Usyk vs Joyce from happening. Maybe Wilder vs Martin.

IMO, the mediator will rule in Wilder's favor. It was a joint venture between Top Rank and PBC, so both are equally responsible. There is a combined 40 million purse guarantee for the fighters which limits the staging possibilities and Covid really complicated things (no ones fault).
Depending on the language of the contract it may result on a fine instead of a obligated third fight

Well, seems like nothing came of it and it's march now.

And why would it ever block Usyk vs Joyce? What's up with that part, as it had nothing to do whatsoever with either Wilder, TopRank and PBC?

Usyk is mandatory to Joshua, so no need to fight Joyce if Joshua is not fighting Fury next.
It is tied up to the Mediation resolution.
That's why they are waiting to announce it.

A mediator can't rule in anybody's favour, they're only there to try and have both parties come to an agreement, they have no legal pull.

Slave Master Finkel will have to take it to court if they think they have a cast iron case, but I haven't read anything of them initiating legal proceedings?
