Get up at 1.30am and you should be fine... You say you don't want to take chances getting up at 5am, is that because daylight is approaching and you may turn into dust!!!!!
Best thing to do is record it, set your alarm for around 4:30 and skip the recording an hour or two, start playing it and then fast forward it until it starts. That way if it has started before 5 you won't get a nasty surprise.
