He had a cut in his ear for the second fight. His eardrum didnt rupture.

I don't believe that story. They didn't want to admit to severe injury because it concedes vulnerability. But when Fury claimed in one of the pressers that he broke Wilder's and his trainer Malik Scott's eardrums, neither contradicted him. After the 3rd fight Scott stated that Fury had broken Wilder's eardrum. Fury was targeting it in the trilogy because he believed it to be a weakness of Wilder's, which it turned out to be. So the most plausible explanation for the blood pouring from Wilder's ear in the 2nd fight is a ruptured eardrum, which was re-ruptured in the trilogy fight.

Mitch is very dishonest about "resumes" so you won't get an accurate assessment from him. I think he's a troll or some kind of comedian as nobody actually believes that Chisora's record is on a par with Wilder's.

People who had some understanding of how to interpret records knew that Fury-Whyte was an utter mismatch and would in all likelihood look like Fury-Chisora 2, just with a faster and more brutal conclusion.

Mitch's "analysis" on the other hand pegged Whyte as a dangerous top contender who Fury was avoiding. He favoured Whyte to not just give Fury a tough fight but actually beat him!

Then the fight happens, Whyte couldn't land a single punch of significance and gets iced in 6 rounds with one shot. Mitch is left looking very silly indeed.

Wilder KO'd all of the fighters you mentioned. He wasn't getting controversial decisions, being dropped or KO'd by this group, as Whyte was against AJ (KO), Chisora (SD) Rivas (KD) Parker (KD) and a 41 year old Povetkin (KO)

15 relevant wins that Wilder's beaten opponents have: Arreola x2, Adamek x2, Charr, Helenius x2, Wach, Forrest, Chambers, Jennings, Scott, Mansour, Hammer, Martin

We've seen Whyte struggle to a 10 round decision against a more faded version of Wach than the one a shopworn Szpilka beat and he couldn't put Helenius away as Duhaupas and Washington did so it's clear that Whyte would have his hands full with the victims of Wilder's victims, let alone with Wilder's victims, let alone with Wilder himself.

I think it is more the dorks online who talk about wins not aging well or boosting legacy. The fighters themselves don't care as they know what they did.
