Fury is crazy he will fight to win unlike Haye who just wanted to survive and go the distance. Having said that Wlad will probably knock Fury out because Fury will be looking to exchange unlike his British mate Haye.
Wladimer beat Povetkin and Pulev who I consider #2 & #3.
Wilder is good, he beat Stiverne who is good.
    Glazkov is good but inconsistent.
Jennings is good but lost to Wladimer.
Joshua looks good early in his career.
I like Fury a lot but freakin Wladimer is just to good for the whole division. I guess we will see. But even though I think Fury will lose I really think Fury has a shot here.

    :smoke

Fury is wreckless... even against light hitters
    like Cunningham... Pajkic... Firtha...

    Fury hit the canvas...

    :yep

We saw a reckless Pulev get KTFO...

    This fight should be similar...

    I hope I'm wrong... I'd like to see a barn-burner
where both hit the canvas in an exciting back
and forth slug-fest ending in a brutal KTFO!!

    :hey

Vlad is stronger than Fury, hits much harder, shorter punches, many more skills, experience, defense, stamina, and if you look at Vlad Vs. Fury face to face, Fury does not appear to be 6 feet 9 inches tall, perhaps 6 feet 8, Vlad looks to be about an inch shorter. A more skilled fighter will beat a much less skilled fighter, Vlad will set him up...................Fury used to claim to be 6 feet 10 inches tall, why is he shrinking? Fury has no muscle mass, is flabby, even whenever he loses weight............if height meant everything, then Julius Long would have become champion at 7 feet tall, or Tye Fields at 6 feet 10 inches tall. Wach was 6 feet 8 inches tall........................Vlad will out skill Fury............................knock him out, probably a left hook, but if Vlad were to go to Fury's body, Fury would go sooner............very weak body and I have seen Vlad punch to the body, not too much, but he has that ability.....................

I think it will more likely be fury working wlads body to be honest, combined with uppercuts on the inside.
I don't think wlad has better stamina either.
As for a better chance of winning than David haye, I think wlad was wary of Hayes power, not sure if he will be with fury.I expect wlad to be more aggressive in this fight and a lot will come down to whether fury can handle wlads power and how he manages in the clinches

I actually believe he has more chance as Haype had, but there's only 3 ways I can see Fury having a chance in this fight.

    1) He actually turns out to have Marquez' kinda recovery powers and every time he gets dropped he comes back stronger and dukes it out and wears down Wlad with a come from behind TKO.
    2) He just goes in like a man posessed and gets lucky early with Wlad getting no time to recover.
    3) Wlad got old overnight and looks like a stiff in there, not able to land his right getting outboxed from the outside.

The thing with Haye was that he didn't have one punch KO power at all, like so many claimed he had. When I asked in discussions "When did you ever see Haye knocking out someone with a single punch?", it became awkwardly silent. Even super glassy Hurov was still concious.
Point is, he did have a lot of power, but much more the shock/awe kind wich puts opponents down, and down, and down until the ref stops it or the opponent stays down because he doesn't want it anymore. With that you can't try a strategy to knock a guy out with a single punch because that just won't work.
Fury doesn't have that kinda power either, but he can dish it out. The thing is that he has the guts to fight (at least the smaller and lesser fighters) it out instead of running, wich gives him a big edge.

Agree with you about Hayes power, but he carried more than enough to worry wlad.
Fury doesn't posses that kind of punching power, but will be physically stronger in the clinches, which will help. As I already said, I think wlad will be more aggressive than normal and a lot comes down to whether fury can handle wlads punching power. Fury has a lot of heart, so could be interesting, especially if he keeps firing back at wlads body, hangs in there, and wlad tires later on

Fury is so overrated its comical. Hes gonna get killed. I cant believe people watch him and think hes good. Wlad may carry him or just get him out of there. Either way its a mismatch.

Fury has no chance, Wlad is going to eat him up on the outside, the only advantage he has is he's a volume puncher, but that will just open him up for Wlad to hit him.

I won't take anything away from Wlad. He was obviously the best of his era. Having said that his era was VERY, VERY bad. So I'm not going to say Wlad is too good for the whole division right now.

Wlad NEVER has beat a guy like Joshua or Wilder. A young guy who was 6'6 or 6'7, with great punching power and also athletic and quick.

Most of the guys Wlad beat were some combination of old, short, fat, slow, inexperienced, etc.

In this current era, there are guys that are actually Wlad height and size. Let's see how he do against them.

His fight against Fury will be interesting. However he doesn't have the power or speed to beat Wlad imo.

Haye had a decent shot, he just didn't have the courage take that shot.
