Speaking of people vacating HW WBC belts ... Fury is increasingly shaping up a legacy much like Riddick Bowe's.

It's a civil action and Fury would not go to jail if he defies it. He would, however, be in breach and the award could be enforced by an actual court (garnished wages, etc.)

 

Why would he even run the risk. No lawyer will advice his client to flout a court order.

Lol fury wont go to jail for not following a court order. He will just give up the wbc belt, they cant force a fight between two people if somebody doesnt have a belt.
