He wins olympic gold then turns pro in his mid 20s. He could be following in Audley Harrisons footsteps..
I doubt he will amount to much. He looks sloppy for one. His Chin is probably fragile like most other British fighters. Why don't they bring him over to the States and let him fight Deontay Wilder?
Don't you think you are being a bit harsh. The guy is 20 years old and has 5 fights. Lots of room for improvement over the coming years. I'll admit that he looks euro-level at most right now, but a lot can change............and he has time on his side. I see him as solid if unspectacular. I'm not drooling over his prospects, but I aint writing him off yet either.
Well, there has been a trend of glass jaws out of Britain for awhile among fighters considering to be the better ones from there!:rasta
No point in making Fury fight US heavyweights as that would be a step backwards imo. USA havent had any decent heavies since a 96' Holyfield.:yep
sure you are being sarcastic. you think his power looks frightening? and i take it you completely believe his promoters assertion that no other heavyweight in britain dared to step in with fury (on a couple of weeks notice and for probably little money).
This anti british stuff is getting seriosuly tiresome. ITs not just the anti british stuff to be honest, but the anti europeanrubbish too. You simply cant generalise like that, 'eurobum', 'weak chinned brit', 'european hype job'. IT spretty ridiculous in this day an age, when, if we're honest, europe produces at least as good boxers as any other continent. Central america isnt a continent but is a hotbed of talent (like europe), what does north america produce?? Ermm lets not harp back to the days of Ali and Sugar Ray Robinson now, lets talk present day. Anybody who recites such agrophobic, inaccurate and jealousy filled lines as 'eurobum' and the rest should be banned from posting. For their own sakes, its make them look like idiots. Oh and yeah, its tysons 5th fight, hes taking on anyone he can and knocking them out. Just like David Haye, fair play to the fella. Hes giving it a go and taking risks. Stop slagging him off and see what he can do
