Add thompson too. Those fughters you mentioned are all better than anybody on Fury’s resume.

Quality over quantity. If fury beats AJ he will be remembered as better than than both brothers.

you want fury to fight the like of mormeck, pianeta (again), lepai sort of standard? Wow. Fury beats champions. 10 year reign. Ended. 5 year reign. Ended

he won. Wlad couldn’t run through Ross purrity and has his brother fight golfer sanders

Not really. AJ's been beaten before. As Fury said and his fanboys keep repeating, he got beat up by a fat bloke and then 'ran' from him in the rematch. Fury's shot himself in the foot there. There's a lot more in it, legacy wise, for AJ to beat Fury than vice versa.

I disagree with Thompson, beating Chisora is more impressive.

no, fury has then taken out the 10 year champ.

taken out the 5 year champ.

    then become undisputed.

add a farewell win against Usyk/whyte , retired undefeated, won every belt, beat the man, beat the other man then the final man to become THEE man of the era.

impressive for someone with 30 odd fights

Vitali, wlad , Ali, Holmes etc lost. What’s the point, AJ showed he’s more than a power house. He can box to win. He won the belts back so easily nobody wants a 3rd with Ruiz.

aJ is the only real threat.

that’s what he fought most of the time, that’s what I mean there’s no quality oponents on Fury’s resume, just one old shot ATG and wlad would have knocked him out in his prime . Wilder , chisora lol ? Quality my ass

The 10 year champ was old, the 5 year champ was a bum who fought extremely cherrypicked opposition and Fury should have been undisputed anyway but he threw it all away to snort cocaine for three years. A win against AJ is only going to look impressive depending on what AJ does after Fury retires. If AJ becomes irrelevant, nobody's going to care that Fury beat him.

If Fury really wants to craft a legacy for himself he's going to have to do more than beat Joshua. Otherwise people are just going to say 'Well who did he fight, really?'
Believe me, I'm a fan of Joshua. I'm merely suggesting that there's more in it legacy wise for Joshua to beat Fury than there would be for Fury to beat Joshua

    Agree.

he has everything he needs to dominate for a while, skill wise, and but I don’t think he has the mental strength to maintain it for very long

And as we know, the mental make-up of a fighter is everything

I don’t see nothing special in Fury skill wise either. Easy to look good when you fight bums , or old has beens. If he does to joshua what he did to wilder then I’ll give him credit.
