    great post

people can say what they want but in boxing history we’ve never had a 6’9 260lb man with an 86” reach who knew how to utilize these tools as great as fury does. He is a master at distance and sense of range.

we’ve also in boxing history never had a man of Fury’s height, reach, and weight display that level of movement, speed, combination punching, and athleticism.

Wladimir Klitschko lost more rounds in the Fury fight than he had in all his fights combined the previous 10 years. Something to think about.

Wilder is a 6’7 225lb champion with a devastating punch. Put him in other eras with his height size and punching power and he is a huge threat. Fury dominated him , showed huge heart/ability to bounce back from adversity in the 1st and 3rd fights and I thought went 3-0 against him.

The winner of Joshua/Usyk is all that’s left and if a past his prime Fury defeats him, he will go down as easily a top 10 ATG

    No.
he is not a real all time great.
if he defeats undefeated Usyk is style then yes it is a case to make him one.

Fury 'could have been "" but he lost 3 years with mental melt down & PED ban & just wasting

Nope. he doesn't have the resume of an ATG. Too thin for such a weak era.

Usyk? Well.. That's to be continued.. we'll wait & see, it may happen yet.. apart from the Ukrainian he has pretty much cleaned house , don't cite Joshua .. hes imploded somewhat, Wilder wudda cracked his skull anyway.. & let's be honest he's lucky he doesn't have three losses, it's only b/c Klitschko held off.. Fury has beat the WBA, WBO, IBF champion & the WBC champion.. & turned the likes of Whyte, Chisora etc on their heads too.. Of course the next big one would be Usyk but if it doesn't happen so be it.. the Klitschkos never fought, Bowe/Lewis never happened... yet it was still pretty much settled who the man in those eras were.. Fury is an special talent, a future HOFer & an ATG HW. Why? Because in my opinion he could stack up in any era, would he beat em all? No. He's a modern HW great, I don't think that's even arguable now

More or less agree. Fury, IMO, has the tools to be ATG - but hasn't had the motivation. He's stopped prime Chisora, beaten an aging Vlad as his own jab & grab game, and won his trilogy with the dangerous-but-oh-so-uneducated Wilder. That's not quite ATG-level.

If he were to beat the winner of AJ/Usyk 2 - then you can start making a convincing case for ATG.

In other words he needs to fight Joshua or Usyk. Got it.

Not an all-time great. He has to destroy Usyk, Joyce and Joshua to be even considered for that imo. Win those 3 in a row and I think he would be.
