I explained some simple facts about boxing training related to the subject about Fury's training. Based on my 15 years experience in boxing. He is not doing it right if he is concentrating in getting big weights up in deadlift.

All you were able to come up with was:
    - every single point you made was incorrect.
    - how about you prove yourself right, you'll learn some things in the process.
    - the fact that you are just talking out your ass makes me a geek?

None of your one-liners are related to my original message and your one-liners give zero information and zero argumentation.

Those are typical internet geek type of comments from internet geek whose life is in virtual forums and who has never stepped in the ring, but seeks attention in internet forums. That fact makes you a geek.

I will not be giving you any more attention.;)

    :hi:

You can't compare a professional athlete with professional bodybuilders. With all due respect, wlad is a well conditioned athlete, but is tiny compared to bodybuilders, tiny! At 6'7" ish and 240 he is not a hulking muscle monster at all. His goals are not hypertrophy related. He doesn't compete at 3% body fat, which would be detrimental. Gaining a half dozen pounds in a short timeframe is easier for athletes....with muscle memory, periodization, nutrition playing big roles. Bodybuilders are pushing the envelope for how far above their genetics and set point they can be, while changing body composition. Diminishing returns comes into play at a point.
