Idk where it's from, maybe the Klitschko documentary, but I for sure heard someone say that Klitschko always comes in very light to camp, and then he packs on muscle throughout the camp

Honestly, if Wlad was a ped cheat, his head would balloon to the size of a melon at this age, especially if he was using throughout his career. I honestly don't think he's on anything

Bonds had a skinny angular head and jaw when younger, and this is what it looks like now:

Wlad also had a small angular head, and it hasn't changed throughout the years

if wlad is not in camp working out twice a day building muscle his weight is about 236-238 (walking around weight) during camp he bumps to 241-245. it depends what out target weight is.

Everyone thinks his walk around weight is 200-ish and he gains a ton in camp.. not true. its a difference of 6-8 lbs. its just the muscle mass building from weights, high protein diet and hard workout building muscle.

whats good for me is I am NOT spending the first month of camp just trying to cut weight. it means we can start right off with full training camp nutrition.

Fury is surprisingly agile with decent stamina for that physique of his.

Hi CHEF! 2 questions to you:

    1) What weights does Wlad use when lifting? For example when he's doing bench press? Who is stronger at weightlifting gym - you or Wlad ;)

    2) Does Wlad talk to you how long he will be fighting? Does he want to try to break Louis record of 25 defences in a row? How many fights he's going to have?

    Thanks:good

He does lift weights, ive seen a video of him deadlifting quite a bit. I think its just his nutrition that lets him down

Nice to hear, Chef. Have you bumped into Fury's nutritionist, Mr Ronald McDonald esquire?

6-8lbs of muscle gained in what a 6 week training camp ? Most PED using bodybuilders would be very pleased with those kind of gains! Especially if the first month is cutting weight ? ..sounds odd that..?

Yes methinks low does Test and HGH would be the ticket..! ;-) Chef or anyone else is hardly going to admit it are they ?
