You can't "easily" add 5-10 lbs of muscle in less than 2 months when you're doing tons of cardio/sparring and losing weight to prepare for a fight.
If he's 258, his weight is already optimized and he can shift the focus of his training to strategy, strength, and conditioning. He won't be doing any more cutting and has the luxury of training with a body that is no longer depleting/starving itself to reach a target weight. He can add 5-10 pounds of bulk (okay, not pure muscle) and maintain his considerable weight advantage. This will be the best Tyson Fury possible at this stage of his career.
Bit off topic but must be immense for parker to be able to call on anyone like that pretty much whenever. Still question marks for me as he looked absolutely shot to bits last time out. Giving him the benefit of the doubt and it was just a bad night. Will stop usyk in six to seven rounds. I think he said currently weighing eighteen stone?
You can add easily 5-10 pounds of muscle my ***. Another post from you showing you are completely incompetent, yet calling other people mentally unstable, etc, etc. Why are people who have no clue obviously like you are trying to act smart, when all they are going to do is shatting absolutely bollocks?
Fair point. Personally I think the Fury from Wilder 1 is better suited against Usyk but that version is well and truly gone. Kronk style and inactivity will be his downfall.
Another absolutely bollocks from you once again. Who on his goddamn mind will suffer for conditioning and cardio, and then gain 10 pounds of bulk ? Do you even understand that you then need to do the same, aka condition yourself to the new weight, otherwise your stamina will blown out extremely fast. Why are you even try to act smart ? Fury, Usyk, most of this pro fighters have top tier S&C coaches and knows what weight they need to come to be in optimal shape for a given night. At when you are trying to say something, it has to have a little bit of sense. No one on his goddamn mind will condition himself and try to reach a specific weight, to hit a certain amount of stamina/cardio, and then aim to gain 5-10 pounds before the fight. He is essentially sabotaging himself. Also with the athlete they are looking not at pure muscle or bulk, they are looking to add functional mass, if they want to gain weight. Not even going to open the muscle/fat debate, as when it comes to athlete it's all about functional mass.
I find your style of discourse highly annoying. If you think that Tyson Fury is coming in at less than 250lbs, you are out of your mind. He will continue to do the things he's doing, but he will now do it while also adding adequate nutrition to fuel his training regimen. He will be able to train even harder without having to worry about cutting. And, yes, he will also add more strength and conditioning to gain the functional mass that you are talking about. Excess fat isn't functional. I suspect he will be around 263, but he will be much more toned than he has been in the past. But if you disagree, that's fine. No reason for you to be so upset about it. LOL. ...But I am sorry for calling you mentally ill the other day. You do have a vivid imagination, but that was wrong of me.
