How many more fights will Fury have, and who will they be against?

Last I heard he said that if they did not get him a fight in February he would fire his entire promotional team, and he mentioned Whyte or Joyce.

Then I saw the video below in which he says he only wants Usyk and Joshua, and then he's done. He seems realistic about the fact that he had "been through a lot" and can't keep going until he is 40.

To confuse things further, the WBC just ordered the Whyte fight that initially said he wanted.

And if he wants Joshua, how does it make sense if Joshua is coming off of a loss, or, if the next fight with Usyk goes through, two?

There is more chance him retiring than fighting Whyte.

I hope that's not the case and they will fight in the next 4 months.

I think he only has maybe 1 or 2 fights left in him. The weight fluctuations and the damage he absorbed in Wilder 3 took a lot out of him.

My vibe on Fury is that he will retire at some stage sooner rather than later, but be open to coming out of retirement for a big fight down the track.

Fury vs Usyk is only made if it's the only way to make an undisputed fight. It sounds like he has to fight Whyte to make that happen.

It would be pretty funny if Fury throws out his belt, AJ can't win his back, and AJ vs Fury is at most a title eliminator for the honor of facing the winner of Whyte vs Usyk.

    What a reversal!

I think 2022 is his last year in boxing. Mid 2023 by the absolute latest.

I'll be optimistic and say 3 more fights. Whyte, Usyk, Joshua in that order. Honestly once he beats those 3 there's no reason to stick around anyway.

Having said that he does seem like the sort to make a misguided comeback to the sport in his late 30s.

If Usyk beats Joshua again then I can see it panning out like this. If Joshua beats Usyk then it's Whyte followed by Joshua before calling it quits.

If he retires without fighting Whyte and the winner of AJ v Usuyk it will not look good.

Beating Wilder and nobody else in the current division would be a joke.

He gonna knock White out. Then, he gonna beat Usyk by decision. Why is bodybuilder even here? He gonna step aside. He is afraid of both Usyk and Fury.

With Fury you get the sense het cant be bothered with defenses. Like its an annoying chore or something. He can only get really motivated by big fights.
He talks to much about retiring for my liking as well.
Beat Whyte, then the winner of AJ vs Usyk 2 and defend your title like 6 times then talk retiring.

Now its like he will do the whyte fight reluctantly. Fight the AJ vs Usyk winner, possibly twice and retire.
Then maybe in a few years come back again for a title shot.

Yesterday someone on twitter said Fury is a conquerer, not a ruler.
And I think that sums up the Gypsy king pretty well.

Whyte, Usyk and Joshua. It would be the ''perfect'' ending if he defeats them all and then he can retire as he'd have nothing else to prove.

    Who knows?

    I doubt he does.

I suspect he'll have atleast one or two more utterly pointless fights though
