Beating an ATG champ with 18 title defenses in a huge upset is almost indescribably better than beating...

    A) A zombie fomer WBO champ
    B) A zombie former Olympic medalist who never made it at pro
    C) A friend who took a dive
    D) A fat guy who lost to Demetrice King
    E) A nobdoy who lost in 1 round to Ashanti Jordon
    F) A pastry chef
    G) A chinny former crusierweight soccor hooligan

Fury's single win is on a whole other level than Wilder's entire career.

    Discuss.

And as usual after a fight with a controversial fighter, the board descends into a mess of **** threads.

Wilder has been fighting a lot of solid opposition lately - he has been pretty actively fighting at a good level for a single year, even if he hasn't peaked as high. His 36W-35KO record is getting more impressive with the increased quality of opposition. I don't think he can really be called a fraud now - I'm hardly saying he's an ATG but he is well proven as a top heavyweight now, whether you like how he does the job or not.

What do you want to get out of this discussion? Should wlad have fought both guys on the same night?

on paper it is easily better than wilders entire resume. in reality, both fighters deserved a loss in that debacle. should both have their licenses pulled and be jailed for theft of their patrons money.

This. Winning in spectacular fashion bumps the victor up a few points. Klit vs Tyson was the cure for world wide insomnia problems.

I see some of Wilder's gay fans have shown up.

Wilder and his fans are talking a lot of trash about him being the legit champion. This is delusional. If all of you nuthuggers are upset at the thread, you ought to be upset at Wilder who claims to be the real champ and fights cripples.

Wilder is a decent heavyweight, not sure he is in top-10 though. He ain't champ material. Furys win over Wlad is 100 times bigger than Wilders 36 wins combined.
