I fully believe one of those 3 scenarios will happen as well, you are not alone.

Thankyou and it’s not like we don’t have any precedent for it either,so many cases of Wilder looking like he wanted a Povetkin or an Ortiz only at the very last hour out parades Stiverne to give the impression none of it was planned when in reality he’d been made mandatory.
    Let’s hope we wrong eh?

I agree, that is the most likely outcome.

I usually agree with you but the difference between the Fury of Chisora 2, Hammer, Klitschko and then contrasted against the Fury vs Sefari and Pianeta is fairly stark.

Wilder will receive some credit but do you honestly think this is anything like him beating Fury after the Klitschko match? I wish that it was because I'd love to see the match. This though? I feel like I'm getting robbed of my wallet but then the robber throws me $2.75 back.

On the contrary ill give him full credit because most belive Fury is still elite so it's not Wilder's fault if it's otherwise.

You are going to look like a bloody genius if this is how it happens lool.

I think Tyson at his best boxes the ears off Wilder to a comfortable points decision (if judged fairly). That said, I'm not sure he is or will ever be at his best again. I really don't know how to call this one, pretty much any outcome other than a legit Wilder points win is possible, which is what makes it such an interesting match up for me.

I have mixed impressions on this fight. Fury is an erratic fighter at the best of times. But he has a style that can out maneuver punchers. After all its call boxing not punching. How many times have we seen huge punchers with lots of hype look like dopes with their feet stuck in quick sand against good punchers when they face a mobile boxer.

I don't believe the ring rust will be the major issue. Fury has been to the mountain top, he'll know what he has to do to get back there again. To me the intangibles are 1) Tyson Fury gets countered a lot when he opens up, so will he be able to get enough offense off to win rounds, while on the back foot in a foreign country. 2) How much will the loss of leverage from punching up at an opponent affect Deontay Wilder's punching power? Because we all know Deontay is a B level boxer who loses lots of rounds to inferior fighters. He's used to punching down at his opponents. If punching up at at his opponent makes him less effective he's in trouble.

Fury could win on points possibly making wilder look silly. but I think wilder will go all out trying to ko fury his stamina is excellent something modern HW s are not use to .This will be like defusing a bomb for Tyson .

The quote I posted was from the first comeback fight not the second. Ali won it after Quarry was badly cut and there was great elation that the champ was back, but there were questions afterwards about just how convincing this Ali 2.0 was. He went on to fight Frazier in his third fight back and lost. Subsequently he said that fight came too early for him.

Follow the link I posted, its quite a good article.

Wilder is very limited but he's faster than Quarry also.

It's not mate, I was being a dickhead, apologies
