Still ducking AJ. Chances are Usyk beats him up worse than last time.

Fury’s Riyadh season has gone about as well as Wilder’s.

Of course. Generally when you throw away your chance at a legacy it's in order to maximise your earnings (which Fury more or less did, less so Wilder). It's very rare you can have both.

Yeah, the Zhang fight is a bit of an obstacle at the moment. I'd rather both guys fight someone else than revisit that again, although the first fight was by no means uncompetitive. Parker and Joshua are both riding high at the moment and now is a perfect time for a rematch. Their first fight frustrated me as I was more of a Parker fan at the time, and it irritated me how much intervening the ref did, not that I think it would have ultimately made a difference to the result. But both men bring a lot more experience to the table now, and there's no guarantee it proceeds along the same lines as the first.

Disagree that Wilder has been "aged out". He aged himself out not jumping on the opportunities he was given when they were on the table. Most of Wilder's failures in his career have been on his own making. If he has any sort of perspective he'll look back on it in years to come and regret the decisions he made, and the people he surrounded himself with.

100% even stalling the Usyk fight was because he had doubts he could win and wanted to get paid for it. Outside of Wilder he had two title defensives against Chisora and Whyte… legit pathetic.

This is where boxing fanbois go too far and hate on their fans indirectly.

By mocking Fury and his resume, it mocks Usyk and his biggest victory.

Well it is true Fury's resume is paper thin and some of his most notable victories haven't aged well.

Usyk still gets credit for beating a good Heavyweight who had considerable size over him but Fury was never a great like some people claimed.

Not really Usyk cleaned out cruiser weight, his beating the best guys 40 pounds heavier at HW, regardless of it’s a weak era or what ever it’s still impressive

But by downplaying Fury and his achievements, it only downplays any credit Usyk received for beating him.

Fury was a slight favourite over Usyk, he was unbeaten and had beaten Klitschko and Wilder. Wins over Hamer, Chisora, Whyte and Wallin underline his talents.

Only Usyk haters downplay Fury to minimise Usyks achievements.

How am i a Usyk hater for stating a fact ? Fury's resume is paper thin and Fury's few notable wins have aged poorly what part of that statement isn't true ? Just because i don't agree with your opinion that Usyk is the "GOAT" like you've claimed over numerous threads which reeks of recent bias and fanboyism.

Usyk is an ATG and he's the P4P number 1 clearly right now, and as i've said the win over Fury is a good one. In the context that Fury is a good Heavyweight who had considerable size over Usyk so how am i being a hater explain ? You don't have to go overboard claiming Fury is some amazing ATG Heavyweight which he clearly isn't. He's beat a grand total of 3 ranked Heavyweights and has looked beatable in numerous fights including vs an MMA fighter also he's been floored 8 times in his career.

Plus this thread is an old thread made in 2023 which was obviously made prior to Fury fighting Usyk. So you can't really accuse me of downplaying Usyk's achievement based on hindsight because i said the samething about Fury before the Usyk fight!!!!!

Yes Fury is rubbish and beating him imo is nothing special

He already lost to mcdermott and arguably an mma guy making his debut. Only beat an old wlad and a bum in wilder

I like Fury, but he's not a great fighter and usyk struggling is a bad look for the so called goat
