Fury's win over Wladimir better than any win of Mike Tyson?

I just saw the video of Floyd Mayweather's Top 5 fighters in history and people complained that Mike Tyson wasn't even among he boxers to choose. He was a skilled, entertaining fighter but he lost all his important fights.

People do not respect Fury for beating Wladimir, a ATG, Top 10 Heavweight or even Top 5. He reigned for 10 years. Fury made it look easy and only used around 60%.

To be honest, Mike Tyson still doesn't have any win which is comparable to the level of 39 years old Wlad.

I think it's already fury by miles .
If fury had him brain, courage and brightness that could've been the greatest hw reign of all time.

I say fury now by miles because tyson did sh!t for the talent he was given while fury has no talent but has everything else in spades.

Tyson was truly a total waste of a fighter.
Talent and skills are the easy part, the courage, toughness and both mentally and physically are the real tests. Can't ever become truly great without the most important sh!t, all of which tyson lacked terribly in.

Fury has no real talent and there's really only 3 HW since LL that would beat him, and they would all beat him terribly strictly due to the massively insane gap of talent

    What was his list?

To be fair most might not have Tyson a top 5 at his weight let alone all time

But the twitter people are all born in the 80's or later and don't know boxing history

How could Mike have lost all of his important fights?

    Stop exaggerating.

I respect what Fury did with Wlad, but he beat him mentally more than physically. It was an awful fight, with little action, and Wlad was too cautious, especially as it was one of the rare occasions that he was fighting someone bigger than him.

He deserves credit for reigning for 11 years, but personally, I don't think he could have reigned for that long in any other era.

At this point in time, Mike has had the better career.

I don't know how anyone could argue with that at this point.

Fury had a great win over Wlad, but apart from that, his biggest win was against Chisora.

Mike went off the rails, but look who he beat, look out he beat the majority of them, and then take into account that he was only 5'10, with a reach of only 71"

No disrespect, but it's a silly question for me. You can't say it's Fury, just for a single win, especially when you look at all of the factors involved.

    What's with the poll results?

How can it be Fury at this STAGE?

    Fury's stats:

    Height - 6'9

    Reach - 85"

    Best wins:

    Wlad

    Chisora x 2

    Cunningham

    Johnson

    Mike's stats:

    Height - 5'10

    Reach - 71"

    Best wins:

    Berbick

    Thomas

    Tucker

    Holmes

    Spinks

    Bruno

    Ruddock

At this stage, there's no contest.

We'll have to wait and see how Fury's career unfolds.

I guess "Sparring" With GGG made you brain damaged, to think beating an old Wlad is better than anything Iron Mike did early on in his career!:deal

as for the poll i vote mike tyson only because you ask whose career is better

mike did a lot in his career and fury is getting there

if fury were to reunify the ibf and unify the wbc and defend for a while id say he has an interesting case

Tyson's KO of 38 year old Holmes > Fury's decision win over 39 year old Wladimir
