That 90s thread and watching Alvarez last night got me thinking... Who are the best up and coming prospects for our noble sport? I see plenty of names being thrown around like Alvarez, Gamboa, etc... I'd like to see what ESB has to say, just in case i've missed out on any new prospects

    Dmitiry Pirog, Fernando Guerrero

Also, I think we're due for another Power punching Colombian....

The Miranda's (Edison and Dionisio) been knocked out recently, So has Joel Julio, Juan Urango, Pitalua is 40, Torres and Berrio are AWOL... Prescott is slowly falling off....

I heard that there's a Colombian Heavyweight out there...

It's weird that almost all of these names have great amateur background... Most have been to the Olympics..

    He's barely 19, Pendejo

Had one bad moment on the 1st, recovered and picked Cotto apart. Give him a couple more years and dude will be a total beast.

Thanks for proving me right on the pendejo comment with your first line. Oh and if if my eyes lied to me this past saturday, wasnt this "lightweight" weighing at 160 this past saturday??? :patsch

and your countrys best boxer of today, who is a hard puncher by the way, didnt even rock a former jr flyweight last november. I guess hes all hype too.

    Pendejo.
