Rumour was he pulled out week ago.

 

It's quite disgusting, really. You'd think there would be at least some sort explanation for it, especially from a 'veteran' promoter like FW. Poor form. He either needs to shape up or stick to just supporting his channel.

 

No explanation no nothing just filters through twitter/Facebook of the cancellation? Real proffesional

 

I feel bad for the fighters. They aren't making much money as it is but the constant long delays between fights must be seriously problematic for them. It's disgusting. Hopefully any fan who bought tickets can get a refund.

 

Big shame for the fighters, Butler has got the 20th but the others will now not get paid, Joe Murray will wonder what he's let himself in for.

 

Not good form from Frank, i gave him praise for Boxnation yesterday but today i'll give him criticism. If you're going to cancel a show do it with a few weeks notice not a few days beforehand.

As i've said previously maybe Frank should just concentrate all his energies and resources into making Boxnation the home of all the biggest and best international fights around which it is doing and only cover domestic fights from other promoters not named Hearn and maybe just keep Cleverley and Chisora to put on 2 or 3 big domestic shows a year.

 

In recent times, how many shows has F.W. actually cancelled? I can't remember off the top of my head, but it can't be that many? Obviously the Wembley show was postponed and lost its Ricky Burns main event.

 

Obviously bad news, but as long as we get Cleverly and Audley Harrison this month...
