Some kid in my boxing club said they were gonna start teaching boxing eductaion in school as a year 9 option. Think he mite be chating **** but imagine if they do, would we se a fast increase in talent in british boxing.

I mean Cuba teach that at school and look at there boxers, the nation is probably the pound for pound best in the world.

    Thoughts?

No offence, but holy ****, you must be a dumb idiot.

What they are doing, moron, is starting to teach boxing as a very small part of PE lessons, in a very few selected schools. You honestly think they would make a GCSE boxing? Of all the unpopular sports in the UK?

The entire concept is ridiculous. Have you ever heard of GCSE football? Or GCSE Cricket?

it's becuase we were alowed to choose 3 sports of your choice anything from rockclimbing to basketball.

and they assess you on the skills you learn by using them.

it's just better than some people playing footbal when they dont like it or just dont find it somthing they would liek to do.
