About to start and it's a pretty notable card

Ogawa's return (first time he has fought since being given a 12 month ban by the JBC - a real ban, for the suspect drugs test Vs Farmer)
Nakatani and Mochizuki battle for the Japanese Flyweight title
Koki Eto returns against Rommel Oliveros
Juntae Lee makes his debut, he went 102-10 in the amateurs
Former amateur star Mikito Nakano fights as a pro for the second time

    Bout 1 -
    Ryugo Ushijima (2-0, 1) v Shota Ogasawara (3-1, 2)

Ushijima is a 17 year old who debuted in July, Ogasawara is 23 years old and looking to score his second win since his sole loss

1-I'm liking the look of Ushijima, a long, rangy youngster, his frame hasn't filled out at all but nice jab, good speed, nice movement. He's dropping his hands and getting a little over confident, but clearly took the round

2-Ogasawara coming forward now but he does eat a good counter, he's looking for a gap and you can see he's trying to set a trapbut he eats a cracking right hand again, 1-2 from Ushijima, Ogasawara works on the inside, Ushijima has NO inside game, caught by a hook and the youngster goes down! Knew there had to be an issue with him. Ogasawara on the offensive and Ushijima holding, he's bundled down, his confidence has been shattered, Ogasawara looking for the finish and the youngster looking to survive the round. A huge right from Ushijima and he sends Ogasawara down..and it's over!

    HOLY **** WHAT A TURNAROUND

    Kenji Yoshino (0-0) v Taiga Ito (1-0)
Yoshino is an 18 year old from Teiken, Ito is from the Shirai Gushiken Sports Gym (stable that has Koki Eto and Daigo Higa)

1-Yoshino coming forward but he looks clumsy, nice combination from Ito, Yoshino looks like he doesn't hold a shot well and looks worried every time Ito lands on him, Ito looks small in comparison to Yoshino who looks very crude.

2-Yoshino again coming forward, nice combination on the counter from Ito - he did that a lot in the opening round, Yoshino showing more movement before they clatter heads, getting messy now Ito looks the much better boxer but looks intimidated by Ito's physical size and strength,

3-I won't be watching this one back, Yoshino coming forward, Ito now starting to push more when they are close up, good rights from both and Ito's head swivels, good body shot from Ito, and they begin to open up, Ito smothers, body shot by Ito with Yoshino off balance sends him reeling but he stays up right, a good short right by Ito on the bell

4-Pace has began to heat up, Ito taking the fight to Yoshino a bit more now, likely knows he's on a Teiken show, body shots from Ito, Yoshino standing his ground and fighting back, more body work, Yoshino's backing off momentarily then back , Ito swinging headshots in, Ito is trying to hurt his man, Yoshino fires back but is quickly put on the retreat.

    Ito gets the decision!

"Hi, so we have a wunder-kind, have you got any bodies for him to debut against?"

1-Crisp jabs straight away from Lee, just pecking at the Thai with it, lovely judging of distance, remaining patient whilst stabbing his foes face with the jab, feints the left uppercut, a couple of times, mixing the jab and hook and tags the body with a jab too, a 1-2 late, and another,a huge left hand with about 6 seconds left, the Thai dropes and it's over!

Whilst his name has been transcribed as "Kuntae" he does have "Gonte" on his shorts o_O

Mikito Nakano (1-0, 1) [中野幹士] Vs Ekklak Rakhphon [sp?] (1-1)

1-Nakkano pressing and looking like he means business, he's not here to mess about...HUGE body shot around 90 seconds in leaves the Thai on the canvas in agony for the 10 count

Some legitimately awful opposition in the last two bouts but it made for tremendously entertaining knockouts lol :nusenuse:

I’m not sure how serious this one will be but it’s good to see Koki back
