He lost to Benn cause he had to quit due to health issues he was having at the time of the stoppage he was ahead on two of the cards i have no doubt that a healthy G-Man would beat Benn Handily, maybe i'm wrong but i dont see anyone here acting like McClellan was some kind of unbeatable god cause he wasnt, but hes the obvious pick on this one hes more proven than Golovkin and has faced bigger punchers than Golovkin(Julian Jackson twice) and he came out on top, so far Golovkin hasnt showed me anything to make me think he would be able to beat McClellan IMO, but with time and if goes on to beat some great fighter maybe i'll change my opinion in the future :good
At this point G-Man, Golovkin is too green for this comparison to be accurate...give it a few years...
Il disagree with the Benn part, i think that fight showed if you could stand up to the onslaught McClellan would fold, but aside from that, fair enough buddy:good What you think of Golovkin against the Taylor Pavlik beat?
But he folded cause of health issues like it was showed right after the fight ended and he collapsed to the canvas unconcious, he was already showing signs that something wasnt right with him a couple of rounds before the stoppage with him constantly blinking and having his mouthpiece almost completely out of his mouth, i guess we have to agree to disagree on that one :good I would give Golovkin a great chance at beating Taylor by KO even though Taylor was the more proven fighter he showed many signs of vulnerability even before the Pavlik fight against the likes of Spinks and Wright, i think GGG is better than Pavlik and hits harder than The Ghost and Taylor chin was far from being iron it could be dented as it was showed by Pavlik and AA, for me Taylor would have to fight a perfect fight to win cause any mistake or lapse in concentration and he would end up at the canvas looking up at the lights, great fight great match up i tend to favor Golovkin in this one.
