Gain 30Lbs after Injury

    I broke my ankle 10 weeks ago and gain 30lbs. I still can't run or walk very far without pain.

    Any tips in how lose that weight

    Yeah, stop eating so much food.

    Agreed. I mean putting on 3 pounds a week requires you to eat around 1500 extra cals a day. Stop stuffing your face!
