I understand that people say you should improve strength, but keep weight to a minimal.

BUT what if one, wants to increase strength, plus power, conditioning (low body fat) and increase in muscle weight (bodybuilding).

Whilst also training in MMA or boxing.

How would you go about this>

And lifting weights to build muscle is not bodybuilding.

Do a strength training routine, not a body-part bodybuilding style routine.
    Monday: Squat, hanging leg raises
    Tuesday: Overhead press, pullups
    Thursday: Deadlift, pullthroughs
    Friday: Bench press, rows
    job done.
    Eat plenty.

    Hi Black2023,
There are exercises which helps you in increasing your strength, power and muscles.
Like squat, pull ups, dead lift, bench press.
