You don't gain pounds by eating supplements, you gain pounds by eating food. The amount of food you eat should exceed your expenditure. There is no such thing as modern food, patented food does not exist. Factory made food is not actually food.

It makes perfect sense what you've just said but I've tried that, doesn't seem to happen.

Make that six meals a day, healthy snacks in between, etc. As much as you can stomach until you notice a difference. As for what to eat check the nutrition thread.

I eat 4 times a day and I don't think that makes you gain weight. Maybe it's because it keeps your metabolism fast. If you want to gain weight you have to eat like a glutton. Instead of eating 4 times a day try eating only three times a day but in each meal eat the double of what you normally eat. Make it so that you're not even hungry for the fourth meal.

I would recommend drinking whey protein shakes. Weight gainers will help you put on the pounds but whey protein (with a low amount of carbs) will help you put on the muscle. Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey is a great option.

sort out your diet, a supplement should be a 'supplement to a good diet, not a replacement for a bad one....
trust ,, as much as ya keep telling yourself ya self ya cant can weight no matter what, its true that some people have crazy metabolisms..me being one, yer still not eating enough

I always laugh when I hear that excuse. That's all it is, an excuse. Ask any of these people with these suposed super duper metabolisms what they eat and I'll guarantee you it'll be about the same as a 12 year old girl eats in a day.

The same rule applies to everyone, fast metabolism or not. To gain weight you eat more. 3 large meals, 6 smaller meals, KFC, Burger King, Maccy D's, Pizza Hut, it's calories in vs calories out.

Well said. Metabolism speed is for the most part a myth. It can be influenced to a degree, but people who say "I can eat as much as I want but I don't gain weight" are full of ****.

im not using it as a excuse, i can add on the pounds when i want to... i was making the point that some people has much faster metabolisms than others, but still, if you more than you expend, you will gain,,, easy as..
