Let's say the fight is worth $40 mill now. That is the proverbial 'bird in the hand'. Pass up that for some legacy building? To keep the precious OH and be damned by the boxing world? No legacy building there. And if Pac loses and the fight doesn't get made? $0 -$40mill is a

Exactly, how ****ing stupid do you have to be to think "The fight will grow even bigger!!! (if pac beats margo)"??? Try to imagine some sports fan out there who doesn't give a **** about the fight right now, but then when Pac steamrolls margo, is suddenly like "Oh man, I'm gonna buy the pac/floyd PPV now!" Pure idiocy. It's already as big as it can get.

    Dwyer is a typical Floydette!

He cares about Mayweather's pocket than anything else.

    Just let them fight!

Dwyer's rare bias usually shows in his Floyd videos. While he's of course right that the more time Pac spends building up himself the bigger and richer their showdown will be (that was the very reason Floyd, already established himself as the "cash cow", retired and let Pac, Cotto, and Margarito brawl it out until one comes out as another), but Dwyer shouldn't let go boxing's perspective to take his favorite fighter's, at least if he doesn't want to lose his credibility.

Honestly , who the **** cares how, where and when will Floyd make the biggest paycheck, I mean that's exactly why most hardcore fans have a problem with him in the first place, being a prizefigher by word and putting sport and legacy values on the shelf. The sooner the fight gets made the better, it's not 2008 anymore (when if would've been the biggest fight anyway, post-DLH-Pac). What Dwyer should realize, that "on the road to Mayweather", Pac took the Generation's Best title by force, fighting one elite fighter after another, and he achieved so much more at this point, that Floyd beating Pacquiao will simply not be enough to get the title back. It doesn't work that way, Douglas became the World Heavyweight Champion, but did not surpass Tyson's legacy just because of the win. At the end of the day, the business sense and sitting out period is what will bite Floyd's legacy in the ass in the history book.
