    they are getting divorced and she showed up in the middle of the night to take their 1 yr old son, he refused and she took the kid anyways,he tried to stop her by holding her arms,and neck.He never hit her or punch her in any ways.Very sad situation.Coming from Cuba and most latinamerican countries is a very common situation.But this is not Guantanamo and Gamboa must understand it.

    He didnt beat her up, he held her from leaving with his son. I mean it was wrong, but its not like he punched the **** out of her. Whats he supposed to do, let her walk out with his son?

    he doesnt have a choice, he should call the cops if she is taking the kid against a judge order.Otherwise,he shoudnt get in a fight.The man always loses in court in this situation.

    I know how women can be, I've taken a fist with rings to the mouth. Can't say I left scratches on that bitches arms and neck.

    We all agree that it's not something worth to go over jail, but he wouldn't have gone if she wasn't marked up.
