Gamboa arrest details [Miami Herald Article]

Thats one of the three or four things *******s say in threads to **** on them. It's great having guys like kush around, they add a lot to the forum.

Well, if by justified you mean grabbing her by the neck, leaving scratches on her neck and arms, then you sir must be one helluva Gamboa fan.

 

But why the neck? He doesn't have to do that to stop her from going if that's what really mattered. But the articled mentioned it was a something about infidelity, the mother and the child leaving was a consequence.

 

It mentions it was the back of the neck, quite possible she was on her way out and that's where he could grab her.

 

From the story , it looked like they both lived there. She didn't just show up and try to take the kid. Unless she is a danger to the kid, the law will never take a kid from a woman especially since she is the one who have been nurturing him while father is busy with work. Try and stop her in any physical way and you end up in jail, like Gamboa. Sucks but that is how it is.

 

Same thing happened to a friend of mine but his GF attacked him and he held her arms to stop her from hitting him. He's a huge bodybuilder and she's a skinny model, so of course the police arrested him for assault.

 

they've been separated forever now and he has an official gf since forever now too... so no, i don't think they lived together, unless they open minded n ****

 

So is he gonna be ****ed or not?

Iam one of gamboa's biggest fan here, but i'm talking from the legal point of view.He cant get in a fight with his wife and leave marks.Dude ,i'm being around ,i know what iam telling u.She could have done it with premeditation,knowing he will explode and take action and now she can have him by his balls.I dont know what kind of a person she is,but she could use this as a weapon to get more money from him... or even to blackmail him and avoid a divorce.He is a celebrity,tons of lawyers are up her ass now to represent her and milk him to the last penny.Not to mention the emotional unbalance that this will bring to his career.

 

This is something that shouldn't be discussed in forums when nothing concrete seems to be known.

"Marks and scratches" really can mean anything. I bruise very easily. Could be that he didn't really do anything. Could be that he was being an idiot. It's not our place to judge...

 

Isn't Lara also arrested a few days ago? I saw an article about it but I didn't read the content.
