Gamboa's chin isn't great, Selby's got power so ain't shocked he decked him.

Problem is when you have a terrific boxer like Selby without the massive US hype train people don't know who he is. People who know could've called this happening, I can't wait for Selby to face a hype job and then I can retire on my winnings when he decks them. :smoke

He should gone back and dropped him again after he realised his beats were missing.

Gamboa being down ain't news. :yep He might wind up having some crazy anomalous record where he's 40-0 but has been down 50+ times.

Lee Selby has one of the most deceiving records in boxing. Although his last two performances - a five round destruction of the teak-tough John Simpson and flattening Swifty the boy wonder - have shown what he is capable of.

Am I surprised that he dropped Gamboa in sparring? A little bit, but we know he's vulnerable and Selby is arguably the biggest puncher in the division - it's really not that shocking to hear he got dropped.

As for Selby - that's one bad sheep****er.

Anybody know the circumstances of his sole loss, to a can? Fair decision? Was it just down to early days?

Sparring stories mean nothing most of the time.
