I'll believe the facts thx. Its amazing you have to resort to conspiracy theories to back up your argument. I think ODLH is the greatest of all time. He secretly won all his big fights and just decided to loose them either by paying the judges to score against him or by faking a bodyshot. He didnt want to win all his fights cos the mod would have wiped out his family if he did. Ok now having said that(thats fact btw), anyone gonna argue with me ODLH isnt the greatest of all time?
If they fight by the end of the year, Pac will retire Gamboa before his pro career even begins to take off.
Your cuban, of course Kindelan was paid off Itd hurt your national pride too much to think otherwise.
I like Gamboa and think his future is bright but no way in hell does he beat Pac right now and not next year.
Why did Kindelan come out o retirement for a one off fight against Khan, at Khan's and Warren's insistence? To prove he was better than Khan, that he didn't rob Khan of the gold medal? Because he wanted to continue his amateur career, but only for one fight? Come on, mate; don't be naive. It was money (and an amateur coaching deal with the Cubans) that did it, if I remember right...British boxing wanted a star, Warren had the money, Khan wanted to prove he could have won a gold medal at the next Olympics, Warren wanted Khan to turn pro, the British public wanted a British Pakistani role-model for the kids; the Cubans wanted to buy some good-will...it made sense from any angle you look at it...
Who? Willie Limond, Graham Earl and St Claire? St Claire held a belt but he was picked straight for his 0 power. Now Gamboa's fighting Darling Jiminez, a guy who can punch, recently coming off of a win over Anchondo, THIS IS the type of guy they won't put Khan in with. They'll put Khan in with feather fisted ranked fighters from a division below, whom are also undersized.
Kindelan was ABSOLUTELY 100% paid to lose against Khan, it was just another step in marketing Khan to the public and most people watched that fight live on TV. So when Khan turned pro and was the novelty sell of 'having won the silver at 17 and beat the great Kindelan', of course the backing was huge. Khan's been making 1,000,000$ a fight since his debut, it's sickening. Gamboa, is a different story. Khan cannot compare to Gamboa's excellence, even if Khan improves all that he can, he will not be Gamboa level fighter. Khan's a prime example of wrongful hyping due to marketability.
De Jesus and Johnnie Edwards are better than Limond mate. Take Limond out of the powder puff British domestic circuit and he'll have loss after loss, nothing more than a journeyman outside of the domestic circuit. British domestic 'toppers' tend to do poorly even against international level gate keepers. Edwards has wins over Freddie Norwood and a few undefeated prospects, Limond's mostly filled with guys with sub-500 records. Now, I think we'll agree that Darling Jiminez is superior to anyone Khan's fought.
