His Ray Leonard,Ray Robinson and Mike Tyson all rolled into one.

He knocked out a block who was very unprepared and well just isnt that good and now he suddenly will stop Hatton and Soto.

    WTF

Seeger wasn't a journeyman. Gamboa just made him look like one.

Man i actually think Gamboa vs Khan is the best idea ive ever heard Zakman.

Then we can find out which man is for real and which man is the Overhyped one.

    Great idea.

    It makes sense to me.

What would you call Seeger then a Future World Champion or even a former World Champion.

Of course not, but there are many grades of fighter between champion and journeyman. He's a somewhat chinny fighter who's fought for two title belts and beaten two former title holders, and who could win a belt if he got lucky and got the right matchmaking. It took DPDL, one of the purported strongest punchers P4P in boxing, 8 rounds to knock him out, and Gamboa knocked him cold in a minute. It's not like this is the only guy he's destroyed either. I've seen Seeger 4 times before and Jimenez 4 times before. He made two perfectly decent fringe contenders look like shitbags. That's impressive, unless you're too dense or too busy trying to be an anticonformist to notice it.

Do you some how forget he took the fight on what 3 weeks notice. Not even that it was near 2 weeks.

Mate i see it for what it was a guy very unprepared to fight and it showed.

Yes Gamboa got him flush. But common.

    Gamboa vs Hagler Gamboa TKO
    Gamboa vs Leonard Gamboa TKO

    It was what it was.

    :rofl:rofl

I ain't saying he's an ATG, but he is damn special.

FWIW, Seeger was already scheduled to fight next weekend when he took this one instead, so it's not like he wasn't already training, it just cut the training camp a week short.

Yeah but fighters are trained to peak at exactly the weekend there fighting.

Gamboa fought well im not saying that. But did you see some of the other threads.

Common some said Hatton. PLease Gamboa would be lucky to go the distance with Hatton.

He is a talent and could probably win a title in his next couple of fights.

But do you think he can compete right now with Soto or Guzman or JMM right now. Just asking.

I think he may be well advised to go after Guerrero's Title at 126 would be a good way to go.
