Gamboa should stay at featherweight. A fight against Hatton would make no sense.

As said before Gamboa has had only 11 fights and he is at 126.

He would be going up against the legitimate number 1 at 140 in Hatton who is a very strong 140.

Hatton at this time would massacre Gamboa, whether Gamboa is more skilled or not.

p.s. PacDbest Hatton isnt David Diaz. Pac got lucky against JMM.

    Your not wrong mate.

What a crock of ****. He looked great today against a bum late replacement, very impressive nonetheless, but take it for what it is.

People saying he would do better than Floyd against Hatton, **** me dead, i don't like Floyd Mayweather, but that is sacrilege.

smooch, you should have titled it "Gamboa vs Guzman". I'm surprised nobody's talked about this or even thought about it.

Now THAT would be one helluva fight.

EASY. Please. Gamboa beat a guy comming up from 122lb:patsch Lets be realistic before putting him in there with guys that will take him to school.

Now I really like Gamboa but he is only had 11 Pro FIGHTs! Reminds me of when Joan Guzman was a Featherweight.

His cockyness against Jimenez got him rocked; he keeps his hands low due to his exceptional speed but will get KTFO with the elite fighters. From my perspective he needs more experience 2-3 years from being ELITE.
