I give Gamboa a great chance to beat Packman. His hand and foot speed, power and ability to carry out whatever fight plan his corner asks would give Gamboa the chance to dethrone Pacman. At 122-126 Gamboa hits harder than Pacman and Solis can testify if the 122 lbs Pacman could hit harder?! Conditioning wise Gamboa is a complete athlete and will hit and run not being static in the ring like everybody else. I wish Bob Arum would think about this possibility but I doubt Pacman would come down to 135 lbs.
