its not needed but id rather see it than Gamboa beat up on a contender type opponent i fthere is noone out there to fight. I dont believe he will fight Broner or John next, my best bet would be Juarez and we all know whats happening there.

Really? His defense and waist movement have improved quite a bit actually.

He was always a stylistic nightmare for JML. Funny how no one gives him any credit for improving. Similar to PDL.

Saul we know you are mexican, but common Gamboa won easy and you know the reason that it wasn't a KO, do you really want Gamboa put a hurt on Salido? Leave the guy along in my mind he is the best FW right now, I think he will walk through Gonzalez and Johns, but Gamboa is in another zip code, nothing idiotic about that.
PS. He can wait for Rigondeau, he should b there soon, nobody wants to fight him at 122.

I don't believe salido has improved since Gamboa , he just was matched twice against an overrated Lopez who was previously hurt by lesser fighters.Lopez was tailor made for salido.
As a matter of fact Salido was dropped twice by an unknown fighter right before fighting Lopez. If they fight again Gamboa wins by 8 rd KO

Salido is what he is and at 31 what you c is what you r going t get, a solid all around fighter with alot of heart and and experience, but Gamboa is in another level a special fighter that comes along once in a blue moon.

so much for the Gamboa/Lopez super fight lol... Lopez's defense cant seem to hold up and protect a weaker chin. He needs to stop fighting tall when there's a firefight, he keeps getting caught bad.

I would like to see a Gamboa/Salido 2. I think Salido would like a chance too, and i think he'll do better than last time, with his confidence at an all time high. Still, i expect Gamboa to edge him, but he Salido still has a chance to KO/TKO him in their exchanges... I think if there's an opportunity, its a best idea to go ahead and cash that in. Salido's at the eve of his career and won't have another opportunity like that to come his way....

no he will likely get KO himself sooner than last time, he is not in Gamboas level, the reason he look so good against Juanma is because he is faster and a better boxer than Lopez, he hasn't any edge over Gamboa, not speed (hand and feet), power, boxing, stamina, so to me and millions around the World Gamboa should win every single time...
