I agree with everything in this post except the last few words, nothing is guaranteed in boxing unless you're talking about some crappy decisions.

Juanma will get koed, probably before he even face Gamboa, and if he pass d test against Marquez, Gamboa will mop d floor with him, I called it right here too.

your actually comparing a punch from a featherweight to that of a supermiddleweight...just proves your ignorance knows no bounds....

Who wants to see a fighter winning on the floor? The 2 points is fair the guy was hurt prior to the foul punch. Why do you want to blemish Gamboa's record for this insignificant blow? You must hate this Cuban fighter.

IMO hitting someone while they are down is the worst foul in boxing. Then comes hitting someone on the back of the head. Gamboa did both at the same time.

You obviously think that superstars are above the rules.

Salido wasn't well conditioned for this fight, before the foul salido looked very hurt, but once he recieved that foul he was alert really quick, wus up with that?

Yeah, a guy flat on his back with one leg twitching is obviously faking. Then freaking out in the corner after thinking he'd lost by kayo was just another part of the act...

Since when did boxing fans become such big pussys? He barely hit him on the back of the head, yet everyone is crying like he was knocked out.

This is a case of you not knowing the rules of boxing. If the fighter can continue, it's a 2 point deduction. If he cannot continue, it's a DQ. Salido could continue, so it was rightfully a 2 point deduction.

It was a disgraceful, bull**** thing for Gamboa to do, and I really don't understand why he did it besides stupidity, but he didn't deserve to lose over that. That's the bottom line. Cortez did the right thing.

Salido after getting hit while he was down, should have laid down, shook his legs making it seem like he's having seizure..... Andre Dirrel style.
