Depending on how Gamboa does with Estrada it will give us an idea of how good Mitchell is.

This is a pretty weak-ass opponent for Gamboa.

This is surprising. Gamboa has generally been matched pretty tough considering his number of fights.

Gamboa will do a far more impressive job than Kevin Mitchell, make no mistake. I expect a stoppage in rounds 1 or 2.

Mitchell looked pretty **** against Estrada and still stopped him in 5. Gamboa should stop him earlier.

Estrada went down softly against Mitchell, too. I expect when he feels the wrath of Gamboa's early assault he'll be all too eager to take a trip to the canvas.

But if Estrada catches Gamboa off-balance with his hands down...

I don't see it happening either

And if it does Gamby gets back up and gives him an even bigger ass whooping, just like the rest :yep

i think Gamboa is mandatory for the WBC now, but he has a contract with ESPN for another fight. they are just running his contract so that he can put his worl title fight on showtime or HBO and make more cash. makes sense, especially when Gamboa has been in toruble against "Good opposition" not world class, why risk it.

    Isn't that Oscar Larios?

What a perfect opportunity to pick up a title that would be, against a shopworn but decent name.
