Broner is undefeated and is now the new WBO 130lbs Champion and looked good getting the Title. A match with Gamboa @130lbs would be great, who you got and how?

I go with Gamboa late TKO.

    Reasons? PLENTY. ;)

    Gamboa.

He might stop him (if Broner tries his Floyd impersonation), but I expect a wide UD

I agree, let's see if they want to make it happen. I would prefer Yuriorkis to fight a solid 130 pounder like Broner first and then move up to challenge Rios.

Broner looks like the next dominant star of boxing. He'd stop Gamboa who is flawed and over rated.
Hopefully, he'll be more adventerous than Floyd , who is way too careful about who he fights.

How does he look like the next dominant star of boxing when he lost to Ponce De Leon just a few months ago? Compare that with Gamboa's destruction of the tough but limited Mexican.

Exactly. Some people can't see past their emotions. ;)

That Gamboa is my favorite fighter yes but I also can recognize when others are good as well. I know that sometimes I can sound like a one-way fanatic but in reality I am not, actually I am not even a boxing fan, I am just a Cuban who mainly enjoys watching Cuban boxing ( even though I also watch the others ). I support Gamboa 100% cause he is the best of our Cuban fighters, far better than any previous Cubans in the pros, even surpassing the great Casamayor.

But I also don't let my emotions blind me, there are other Cubans who I don't see going too far. ;)

Gamboa beats him. Gamboa is proven. Broner is not. People are just hyping him because he's fast, strong, and has skills but he hasn't put those to use to beat anyone with a heartbeat. We heard the same things being said about Judah and Alexanders. Did they become the best thing of their era? He will be another HBO hypejob.

Gamboa didn't dominate that fight as you are describing he was winging the fight unimpressively

Too early for Broner, I think Gamboa would beat him in quite an interesting fight.

Both Broner and Russell need some tweaking and more importantly, EXPERIENCE. With championship level experience, I think they both could eventually exploit some of Gamboas flaws.
