I'll b rooting for YG, but this one is not a gimmick, but when you r a Champion you have to take on all comers, hopefully he will win and then take on the winner of marquez vs. lopez.

 

I'm always a fan of a unification bouts, specialy in one of the most exciting division. So John will face his mandatory in Dec, Who will Gamboa face before John?

I know Mikey Garcia was the IBF mandatory, any word on that?

if arum really wants to build this fight with gamboa and lopez he should them both fight on the same show against john and caballero respectfuly then when they fight it wil really be for all the marbles

 

He is going to fight in december, so inactivity should not b a problem.

I will say that due to Johns injuries and inactivity, he's not as dominant as he once was. But he's still more than capable of beating anyone at 126, I feel a win against John is a great win by UD, SD, or KO. :good

As long as Gamboa stays focused and doesn't get overly aggressive he can get that win.

 

chris john may have enough left in the tank to pull off an upset. gamboa is not a come foward fighter and would have to come out of his shell to find john. it'll be a good fight either way.
