I wouldn't say no to it but if better fights can be made they should.

Mtagwa should get another meaningfull fight at 122.

You know as well I do though that Arum will never let that happen as long as he's still breathing.

    Should?Not really.

I thought Lopez clearly won it but the entertainment POV was tremendous thus making a rematch nice to view.

    Lopez is moving up anyway.

I agree, it was a really entertaining fight but Juanma won clearly and would probably put him away in a rematch. There's better fights to be made at 126.

the only thing clear is that Lopez was trying to survive, he did not have the look of the champion when the fight ended.

Sounds like Gamboa fan don't got faith in Gamboa to clearly beat Mtagwa huh? Lol. If Gamboa is better then Lopez and is a bigger puncher then facing Mtagwa should proved it.

^^Don't you think it's cause Lopez was struggling to make Weight? Example Cotto when he was killing himself to make weight at 140 pounds but when he fought at ww he didn't look like a shaky chin.

It's not only an excellent fan-friendly fight, but also a very smart one. Gamboa should make a statement vs. Mtagwa at Featherweight, making him look awfully better than JuanMa (to the public at least), Rogers deserves another TV fight, and Yuri needs a proper test.

What more do you want? It's a fight made in Heaven.

Does anybody know how much he weight on fight night?
I was reading recently of how in Japan boxers also have to weight the day of the fight. For a championship fight at 115 the most they can weight is 130 on fight night.
The mexican that lost mentioned trying to come in at 130 as an issue since he came in at like 128!!
Isn't that excessive for those little guys?
So for a fight at 126, what is the weight on these guys on fight night? 140?
