Gamboa vs Ponce de leon?

    I know that Gamboa is very fast but what do you think of this matchup before, Gamboa faces Juama. Ponce de leon looked very impressive against Escalante which he was supposed to lose.

    I think Gamboa overwhelms him with his speed. PDL is just way too slow, but he throws bombs so he's got a puncher's chance.

    It would be a great fight i think, gamboa got the speed BUt it takes only 1 punch from pdl, I think gamboa takes it but he has been put down by much lesser fighters. Pnoce seems slow but he has improved on his boxing a lil i think.
    So it would make a hell of a fight

    DPDL has greatly improved his boxing skills.

    Well, to be fair Tony was an underdog against PDL...Tony Escalante that is, he was a slight underdog.

    No he wasnt, he was the favorite in that fight.

    What I heard was Juanma vs. De Leon 2. But Showtime is the one who will approve or veto the opponent, so there's no one yet named for the April 16th bout.
