Should be easy work for Gamboa. Although the height may be a challenge for him.

    Great fight for a comeback.

Great action fight. Gamboa will win but Juan Carlos is no dummy, after that I'm hoping for Gamboa vs Uchiyama if he wants to fight at Jr Lightweight.

Overall I would prefer him to stop at featherweight as theres more there for him: a Salido rematch, Chris John, Johnny Gonzalzez (if he gets by De Leon), Mikey Garcia, Billy Dib, Celestino Caballlero. Gary Russell Jr on the rise. Juan Manuel Lopez and Hozumi Hasegawa have lost some of their marketability but could be a good comeback fights then you have the Jr Feathers who might move up to fight Gamboa- Nishioka, Donaire, Rigondeaux, Mares, Moreno etc.

Gamboa can't make 126 any longer, his frame is too big for FW

Damn it, I like Salgado.

He deserves a decent payday, but without the severe beating that this (or a unification with Broner) would inevitably mean
