Well, I am not the rest. I did not read those threads. I am not looking for any attention. I just love to joke around even when I am serious. I have read your threads and posts. I find them interesting and not lame. I will though check out G-A-M-B-O-A.

I dont think he is overrated at all. He got knocked down, so what? Alot of fighters do. The man is on the elite level I can tell already. Just watch him fight from the outside, he is completly unstoppable if he goes that route. The man just has too much balls in there and wants to trade when his oppenent is throwing. And the thing is, I dont think those shots affect him at all. He is kinda like cotto in a way that he recouperates extremely quick. But again, if he fights from the outside (and potshots as some would say here) , HE IS UNSTOPPABLE. Just not fan friendly, but to me who gives a **** about that. If he has footwork like that there is no need to go balls out. I am wondering if people on this board are incapable of eyeing talent or skill when it is presented to them.

 

It doesn't matter about his chin, if he continues to keep his hands down.

I thought that it was a minor flaw and maybe he would be able to tighten up (when I seen the focus mitts training) but he's not going to be able to escape that.

He's going to get hit flush and get knocked out ... it doesn't matter about his chin ... this guy has a long way to go and can't depend on speed and athleticism ...

I think he's grossly overrate and needs to have a reality check -- along with his bandwagon jumpers.

I feel embarrassed to say that I thought this guy would give Pacquiao a whirl - but **** ... Pacquiao would mop the floor with this guy.

And for the guy that said that his padwork is on the level of PBF's is ridiculous ... **** the guy he was hitting the pads with isn't his trainer any more ... how weak is that?

 

Usually when good fighters ... coming in with elite status potential ... he shouldn't be getting knocked down by a guy who's apparently not on his level.

 

If Gamboa kept his hands up and moved accordingly - then he wouldn't have been hit much and he wouldn't have been knocked down.
