    dude go rewatch the fight again, he went down from a body shot (a very well placed one) first. Him having his hands up wouldnt have done jack. Darling threw a shot (left to the body) right after gamboa threw a left hook that missed. Get your facts right man, him having his hands up wouldnt have affected him getting knocked down. And him getting knocked down is the only reason people are on this board saying he is an overrated piece of ****. The reality of the situation is - and this is what is going to make my day when it happens - is that gamboa is future p4p and will be undisupted champ in the 130/135 divisions. Go chew on that. Mother****ers on here always got negative **** to say about any fighter.

    It also funny how everyone is on such a roller coaster with Gamboa. In one fight he destroys his opponent and every yells hes a future ATG. In the next fight he gets knocked down and is ridiculed as some glass jaw disgrace. In the fight after that he looks impressive and every crowns him the king of the division. After that fight he gets knocked down again and gets berated for fighting like he still has his amateur head gear on. Make up your mind people.
